This property is a Townhouse that enjoys a wide variety of Maltese Traditional architectural features; from the hexagonal tiles from the 1800s era to the local meticulously handmade timber balcony and the stone stairs which were carefully restored for the appreciation of the guests.
The property is spread over three floors. On the ground floor (street level), you will find our main door. Equipped with a self-check-in lock (pin coded) you will be able to check in at any time. You will go on a flight of grandeur stairs (10 steps) which will lead you to the living/kitchen area. The living space is a beautiful cozy area where you can chill and enjoy some board games with other guests. If you are after an intimate experience head to the balcony, where our team prepared a two-person bar table on the timber balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and all necessary cutlery, utensils, and pots, should you be in the mood of experimenting with local dishes. Most importantly it's equipped with a coffee machine for that much-needed morning coffee.
The rooms are all flooded with natural light, equipped with separate marble tiled bathrooms, all having AC, Frigo bar, kettle, hairdryer, large 44-inch Smart LED TV ( Internet and Netflix for each room), and a desk for business travelers. Fast-speed fiber optic wi-fi is available in each room. Laundry facilities (washing and drying) are available (by request), such as an ironing board, and a baby cot (by request). A roof terrace compliments all this on the top floor where you will be able to enjoy the morning breeze and a cup of coffee.
The rooms are named after a historical city in Malta; we recommend you visit them, each city with a different character.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Guests who cancel within 7 days of check-in will be charged 100% of the total cost of their booked nights.
- If guests cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in, they can receive a full refund.
- If guests cancel their booking between 7 and 14 days prior to their scheduled check-in date, they will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reserved nights.
Terms and Conditions
